View collection online beforehand and send through any interested styles, sizes and colour information.
Please inform us of any cancellations as early as possible to allow us to adjust our schedule. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to accept future bookings.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, kindly notify us at your earliest convenience, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
During our busy time we highly recommend an appointment to secure your preferred time and to be guaranteed that we can see you.
Each appointment is 60 minutes, if you are visiting as a group, please adjust the quantity to suit the number of you visiting. We can see up to 5 at one time.
The try on fee will be applied as a credit toward your rental if successful.
