Please inform us of any cancellations as early as possible to allow us to adjust our schedule. No-shows or last minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund, a store credit will be issued. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to accept future bookings.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, kindly notify us at your earliest convenience, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Street parking on Kingdon Street is temporarily unavailable due to construction. Paid street parking is available nearby on Kent St and Davis Cres (both around a 4-minute walk) highlighted in the image below.

Another option is Westfield Newmarket, around a 10-minute walk away. Parking is free for Westfield members (via the Westfield app): 3 hours Mon–Fri and 2 hours on weekends.

During our busy time we highly recommend an appointment to secure your preferred time and to be guaranteed that we can see you.

Each appointment is 60 minutes, if you are visiting as a group, please adjust the quantity to suit the number of you visiting. We can see up to 5 at one time.

The appointment fee will be applied as a credit toward your rental if successful.
