Postal Try-Ons

Outside of Auckland and want to ensure your rental fits perfectly? Simply select the ‘Postal Try On’ option of your chosen dress.

There is a $50 fee + return postage. If successful, the fee will be transferred as payment toward your rental booking. Otherwise, it will be issued as a store credit valid for 6 months.*

If you’re in between sizes or choosing between two styles, you can let us know if your order notes at the checkout, and we’ll send you both! (Maximum of two styles/sizes per postal try-on - subject to availability.)

PLEASE NOTE: Postal try-ons are for out of Auckland customers only and subject to availability. They are only dispatched during weekdays. We cannot guarantee the dress will arrive exactly on the date you have selected, however we will do our best. Your postal try-on will start from the date it arrives.  If you select a date including Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, we will need to reschedule.

*Store credit can only be used towards rental bookings. Does not apply to sale items or future postal try-ons.
