Street parking on Kingdon Street is temporarily unavailable due to construction. Paid street parking is available nearby on Kent St and Davis Cres (both around a 4-minute walk) highlighted in the image below.

Another option is Westfield Newmarket, around a 10-minute walk away. Parking is free for Westfield members (via the Westfield app): 3 hours Mon–Fri and 2 hours on weekends.
