Assistant Store Manager

We are currently seeking an intelligent, organised and experienced Assistant Store Manager at our Newmarket Boutique. If successful you will oversee all facets of the business.

Reporting to the Store Manager, career-growth, coaching and development are guaranteed while undertaking the role.

  • Leading staff
  • Efficient maintenance of all bookings
  • Customer service
  • Handling all money and eftpos
  • Create and optimise rosters
  • Managing stock
  • Merchandising store

The Applicant:

  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Previous management experience in a fashion retail environment (preferred)
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team
  • Enthusiasm and initiative
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Skilled problem solver
  • Exceptional style and love of all things fashion and luxury
